We felt we would be able to better serve our clients out of one location instead of two locations. We recognize that the Seattle location may not be convenient for our South End clients and we do apologize for that, but we do have our secure portal available for you to upload your tax documents and continue to work with us without having to come down to our Seattle location.

Why did we close the Kent/Renton location?


You can call us at 206-322-4168 to make an appointment 7 days a week during tax season and 5 days a week during the off season. We also accept walk-in customers.  

Can I make an appointment?


Yes! We encourage clients to drop off their paperwork and pick it up on a different day to eliminate wait time.  When you drop off your paperwork, we will let you know what day you can come back to pick it up. 

Can I drop off my paperwork and pick up my completed tax return on a different day?


Yes!  For security reasons, we have a secure file sharing system called ShareFile where you can upload all your tax documents to us.  Just send us an email to request a ShareFile link, and we will email you back with the link.  Your taxes will be prepared within 2 days and emailed back to you securely via ShareFile. You will be able to sign your tax return electronically using DocuSign.

Can I just send you my tax documents or do I have to come in?


If you filed your taxes at Charlie Dang Income Tax in Seattle or at Dang Tax in Kent, we will have your information on file. 

Do you have my prior year tax return information?


Yes, you can get a copy.  If you provide us with an email address when you file your taxes, we can email your tax return to you for free.  If you do not provide us with an email, you will need to come pick up a paper copy with your drivers license.  For security reasons, we will only email a copy to the email address that we have on file.

Can i get a copy of my previous years' tax return?
