Charlie Dang Tax & Accounting was started over 30 years ago by an ambitious young accountant by the name of Charlie Dang. He started off in a tiny office with one file cabinet drawer of clients. Today he is one of the most well known and trusted tax accountants within the Vietnamese/Chinese community. He is fluent in Vietnamese, Cantonese, and English and has helped thousands of people, businesses, and organizations file their taxes and keep track of their businesses via bookkeeping and payroll services.
Charlie Dang is most known for his extensive accounting, tax, and business knowledge and his ability to communicate that to his multi-lingual clients. Our Kent office has merged with our Seattle office and will be based out of Seattle from now on. His son and his niece, Michael and Nina, will continue his long standing tradition of trust, knowledge, and reliability that his clients have come to know. We look forward to serving and getting to know all of our clients.

Nina has over 20 years of tax accounting experience. She graduated from the University of Washington in 2005 with a bachelors degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting and Marketing. Her tax career started in 1996 at Charlie Dang Income Tax. After she graduated from the University of Washington, she continued her career at a CPA firm and stayed there for 12 years. Her clients consisted of high net worth individuals, real estate, restaurants, and tech companies. In her spare time, she likes to travel, bake, find delicious food to try, and go running.
Michael has been working with taxes for more than 10 years. In 2012, he received recognition as an Enrolled Agent by the Department of Treasury and the Internal Revenue Service. His clients consisted of individuals, restaurants, grocery stores, nail shops and delis. He specializes in IRS audit representation for individuals and businesses. When Michael is not filing taxes, he is out traveling the world or enjoying the great outdoors of the Pacific Northwest with his wife, son, and two pups.
